SurfAir Penthouse, Marcoola

Located on the Sunshine Coast, North of Brisbane in South East Queensland, the Central Tower Penthouse is the pinnacle of the SurfAir at Marcoola Beach Resort. Occupying the entire top floor and roof deck of the highest building in the resort, the Penthouse enjoys 360 degree views which include 180 degree ocean views, and is one of the largest penthouses on the Sunshine Coast.

With four ensuited bedrooms, the penthouse’s 953 square metres is separated into various areas for holiday living and entertaining. From the open foyer, ocean views immediately fill the expansive living-dining area, highlighting high coffered ceilings, tall glazing, tiled floors leading to a fully equipped kitchen. This entertainment area opens and steps down to two balconies shaded by sails.

A daybed located in the eastern wall of the living area provides a private resting spot with a picture window to the beach, surf and open ocean. A sky-lighted stairwell provides filtered natural light to the kitchen and foyer, as well as direct covered access to the roof-top entertaining deck which surrounds the building, providing views to all points of the compass. Screening from illuminated louvers and flying sail structures provide intimacy and privacy for large open spaces within the Penthouse.
