The Bigger Big Rig
The recently opened Bigger Big Rig observation tower and treetop walkway is providing a lot of buzz and excitement in Roma.
DM2 were engaged by The Maranoa Council to enhance the show experience celebrating the historic EMSCO big rig on display at Roma’s Big Rig park.
The primary function of the tower was to allow guests to experience and appreciate the bravery of the riggers, as they scale the tower to the same height of the historic rig.
The top of the tower, an observation platform that cantilevers out towards the Big Rig, provides 360 degrees views taking in unique vistas of Roma and the surrounding outback landscape.
The structural design was coordinated with RMA Engineers and the project build was recently completed and handed over by Hutchinson Builders.
