Jono Medhurst

Director

B.Arch (QIT) FRAIA

Jono has over 35 years experience (25 years as a director) working in architectural practices in Australia, London, Boston, Fiji and Guam across a broad range of building types including resorts, hospitality, multi-residential, education, retail, commercial, aged care, interiors, institutional, heritage, residential and master planning.

These diverse experiences have availed Jono to numerous building procurement methods, from traditional lump sum, cost plus, D+C and construction management allowing DM2 Architecture to provide clients with informed options for their particular circumstance.

Wendy Pascoe

Architect

BSc.PhD.B.Arch AIA

Wendy started her professional life as a Biomedical Research Scientist completing studies at the University of Queensland and the University of New South Wales.

She has worked in laboratories in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Freiburg, Germany in areas ranging from diabetes and obesity research to developmental genetics.

 

In 2004 she completed an architectural degree at the University of South Australia.

Working in small multidisciplinary offices for the majority of her career, Wendy has designed, documented and delivered a number of projects of varying typology and complexity, principally across the education, health care and residential sectors.

Sophie Demeere

Studio Manager

 

Joining DM2 Architecture in 2015 in the role of Studio Manager, Sophie has worked in office admin in the creative industries for a number of years.

Sophie uses her experience to provide support to the Directors and staff by co-coordinating the administrative operations of the busy practice, contributing to the achievement of the goals and objectives of the studio, maintaining close contact between staff, clients and suppliers.

Sophie  looks after all the social media for DM2 Architecture which includes monthly and quarterly newsletters, Facebook and Instagram.

 

Brad Muller

Director

B.Arch (Hons) QUT

In his 20 years’ experience in the architectural, client representative and project management fields, Brad has built a strong portfolio of tertiary sector projects encompassing research and teaching Laboratories, interactive learning space, feasibility and planning studies, office accommodation, administration of contracts and post-occupancy evaluations. Rounding out Brad’s experience is a decade of hospitality projects and the fulfillment of rigor applied to individual homes.

As DM2 Architecture’s design director, Brad’s input into projects achieves a balance between functional solutions, life cycle and adaptability considerations with stunning aesthetic outcomes.

William Evans

Architect

RAIA B.Arch (U.Q.)

Working continuously in architectural practices since graduating from the University of Queensland in 2003, Will’s practice has focused on the hospitality and tertiary sectors. He specialises in documentation and contract administration phases of project delivery, which often involves working with complex user requirements and resolving them within frameworks of new and existing facilities.

Joseph Leung

Joseph has over 15 years of post-graduate experienced in design and documentation from interior design to major building projects.He has worked in a range of sectors including residential, retail, hospitality, commercial and industrial. As a project architect, his attention to detail are key in delivering inventive and exciting design solutions.

Terry Bell

Senior Designer

B.Arch (Hons) QUT

Beginning his architectural career in 1988, Terry has developed design, presentation and documentation skills across a wide range of projects including entertainment facilities, marine mammal exhibits, stadia, commercial accommodation, mixed-use developments and residential design. Since graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture with first class honours in 2001, Terry has enjoyed involvement in both local and international projects, and joins DM2 Architecture with equal enthusiasm and passion for design excellence.

Joshua Graham

Architectural Technician

Dip. Building Design + Technology (SBIT)

Since 2010 Josh has worked with DM2 Architecture on both retail and residential projects, with a primary focus on hospitality. Josh is responsible for preparing design and construction documentation to a high standard ensuring compliance with statutory regulations as well as project administration through tender and construction periods.
